Cintra iQ Self-Service allows you to provide your employees with online access to your company's policy documentation.
Managing the policies is separated into two areas: Cintra iQ and Cintra Self-Service. You can set up the policy document's details in Cintra iQ and administer the policies in Self-Service. For more information, see the Policy Document check list.
Some policies may require acceptance, depending on their type and how they are set up in Cintra iQ. You can accept, reject or close a policy document.
Note:
For more information about how to set up Policy Documents for acceptance or rejection, see How do I set up policy details in Cintra iQ?
The first time you open a policy, you must follow the acceptance process, but once the decision is recorded, you can return to the document as often as necessary.
Go to Self-Service Personal Details menu option> Policies Documents
Note:
The menu option from where you can access the policies can be customisable. For more information, contact your System Administrator.
