How do I view my team's holidays not in the current month?

If you are looking to take annual leave, you can submit a holiday request to your manager through Cintra's Self-Service Holiday module. The request can then be reviewed and approved by your manager(s), which depends on your company's tiered approval structure.

Once the request is in the system, you can see its status in the Calendar and Team calendar. For more information about who approves the request, see How Do I Know Who Approves My Holidays Requests? 
 

  Note:

If you are the manager submitting the request on behalf of an employee, it is best practice that you have implicit approval from the employee to proceed. The request will then be approved automatically.

 
You can view yours and your colleagues’ different types of absences and their statuses for a particular month within Team calendar. The colour codes, explained at the bottom of the page, allow you to see the team’s activities at a glance.
 

To view your team member's holiday statuses

  1. Sign into Self-Service.
  2. Navigate to the Holiday Bookings page by clicking on the Holiday menu option.
  3. Click the Team button.
  4. Select the desired month either by clicking the Back arrow or Forward arrow buttons.
  5. Click the Category drop-down list. A list of categories appears.
  6. Select the desired option(s).
  7. Click off the drop-down list. The results are displayed on the calendar. 
  8. Click the Status drop-down list. A list of statuses appears.
  9. Select the desired option(s). 
  10. Click off the drop-down list. The results are displayed on the calendar.
